Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 365 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service. If the period of 365 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

  • Service must not be used
  • Service malfunctions or doesn't work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn't work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.

Monthly and Annual Payment Subscription Refund

If the user of the business account is a monthly subscriber and decides to cancel service, the entire month shall be refunded regardless of the day (1st through 31st) the user decides to cancel.

If the business account user is an annual subscriber and decides to cancel services, the business user will receive a refund from and including the month of cancellation through to the the last day of the year at midnight

Customer Bids Refund Policy

Customers who place bids may be refunded up to thirty days after payment is processed.
