Copenhagen CAFE Berawa.
Nordic brunch done properly. Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sourdough still warm, lemon curd waffle bowl in the middle. Everything fresh, nothing overdone.

Worth a visit.
Came in for an early lunch and ordered a bit of everything. The scrambled eggs were soft and properly seasoned, the bacon was crispy and not greasy, the sourdough was thick-cut and still warm. The Nordic-style plate came with seeded bread, butter, soft eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese with jam. Lots of small plates to graze on. The lemon curd waffle bowl was the surprise of the table. Crisp shell, soft whipped cream on top, tart lemon curd running through. We took turns at it. Bright room, calm music, fast service, fair prices for the spread. Coming back the next time someone wants a slow start.

BAKED. Berawa
Best scrambled eggs in Bali, full stop. Bowl of soft scrambled with crispy bacon, sourdough, a poached on top, fish roe to finish. The almond croissant is the side play. Pricier than your standard café, worth it on a slow morning.

Kenji Ramen (Menya Kenji) Berawa
Ramen room in Berawa that looks the part but does not deliver the flavours. Broth was thin and underseasoned, gyoza missed the mark, portions ran small for the price. Plenty of better Japanese in Canggu.
