Marugame Udon at Bali Galeria turned out to be a proper little gem. The curry udon is what you want to order, deeply flavoured, comforting and with that perfect chewy udon texture you come for. Just a heads up on the chillis on the side, they are no joke even for someone used to spicy food, so go in slow unless you really know what you're doing. The whole experience is fast, fuss free and super affordable which is a huge bonus when you just want a satisfying bowl without overthinking it. The only thing holding it back from a perfect score for one of us was the protein portion, a bit more would tip it from great to unbeatable. Special shoutout to the iced tea too, genuinely tasty and not overly sweet which is rare to find. She gave it a 9/10, he gave it a 9.5/10.
