Monday is steak night and that's when we went. Steak came medium rare exactly as ordered, properly rested, with a knob of herb butter melting into the top. Fries were crispy and well salted, the truffle mac on the side was the indulgence order (proper cheese pull, actual truffle in there). Two sauces on the table: pepper and béarnaise. Both did their job. The béarnaise had real lemon brightness, the pepper had bite. We went half-and-half on every slice. Comes with a glass of wine in the promo, which is fair value when the steak alone is worth the visit. Room is warm, lit just right, service stayed sharp. She put it at 8, he gave it 9. We'd come back on a non-Monday too, but Monday is the smart play.
